Springfield Armory 1911 RONIN AOS Pistol 4.25" Blued/Stainless .45ACP

The Ronin® AOS in .45 ACP combines the proven 1911 tradition with modern optics and system technology. It is designed for users who want to combine classic construction with contemporary functionality.

Construction and materials

The Ronin is based on an exceptionally robust steel architecture:

• Slide: forged carbon steel, blued finish

• Frame: forged stainless steel

• Barrel: 4.25" forged stainless steel, Match Grade, twist 1:16

The barrel is hammer-forged and designed for lasting precision and high service life. The recoil system follows the classic GI-Style with a traditional recoil spring and barrel bushing.

Two-Tone Finish

The Ronin AOS features a distinctive two-tone design:

• Stainless steel frame with natural finish

• Carbon steel slide with high-quality hot salt bluing

This combination unites corrosion resistance with classic 1911 aesthetics.

AOS – Adaptive Optic System

Developed in collaboration with Agency Arms, the AOS (Adaptive Optic System) enables flexible mounting of common mini red dot optics. The system uses interchangeable adapter plates for, among others:

• RMR

• Shield

• Delta Point Pro

• Docter

Each AOS plate integrates a rear sight. This ensures:

• correct optic height is ensured

• a clear sight picture is achieved

• Co-witness capability enabled in nearly all configurations

The pistol is supplied with a cover plate.

Sights and controls

• Front sight: Fiber-Optic

• Rear sight: Tactical Rack White Dot

• Grip panels: Crossed Cannons™ wood, hybrid smooth and textured finish

The wood grip panels with Crossed Cannon motif emphasize the classic character while providing a secure grip.
