The CZ 457 RANGE in calibre .22 LR with a barrel length of 630 mm (24") is a sport and hunting rimfire rifle uncompromisingly designed for precision and stability, styled after modern centrefire rifles. It is aimed at demanding shooters who want to achieve highly precise shots at medium to long distances – both from a rest and in dynamic shooting positions.

The outstanding shooting performance is based on the heavy, cold-forged match barrel with MATCH chamber, which ensures excellent shot consistency and a constant point of impact. The muzzle thread 1/2×20 with thread protector allows easy fitting of suppressors or other accessories. Open sights are deliberately omitted – the CZ 457 RANGE is consistently optics-orientated.

The laminated, lacquered wood stock contributes significantly to precision and shooting comfort. The tool-free height-adjustable cheek piece allows optimal adaptation to the shooter. The butt stock with rubber recoil pad ensures a secure hold in all shooting positions. Additionally, the butt stock features a Picatinny rail for mounting a monopod.

The pistol grip with thumb rest is designed for right-handed shooters and features laser-engraved stippling. On the extended forend, Trigatti pins allow the attachment of a sling swivel or bipod. The 11 mm dovetail rail on the steel receiver provides a stable scope mounting platform. The bolt knob made of duralumin matches that of the CZ 600 RANGE and underlines the sporting character of the rifle.
