The MAGPUL BEV™ Block (Barrel Extension Vise Block) is the professional assembly tool for all AR15/M4 platforms. Whether barrel nut, flash hider or other components – the BEV Block makes assembly and maintenance work safe, precise and damage-free for the receiver.

Secure hold – maximum stability

The BEV Block clamps reliably in a standard vise and provides optimal support for billet and forged upper receivers. Solid steel lugs engage directly into the barrel extension and a full-length support shaft effectively prevents any flexing – even under high torque.

Intelligent material combination for maximum protection

MAGPUL uses a well-thought-out combination of hardened steel and high-quality polymer in the BEV Block: the steel hardness is specifically optimised for durability without damaging the barrel extension. All other contact surfaces are made of robust Magpul polymer, which reliably protects the sensitive aluminium receiver from scratches and damage.

Versatile – also usable as a magazine vise block

The BEV Block impresses with its dual function: simply reversed, it serves as a magazine vise block to securely hold the lower receiver during maintenance work or other applications. An O-ring post provides additional stability, and the included bolt keeps the shaft in the correct position at all times.
