Beschreibung
The RDO Kit enables the conversion of a standard Glock to an MOS-like optic platform. It was developed to allow the integration of mini red dot sights while simultaneously providing a functional backup sight.
System and Function
The kit is based on an RMSc interface and integrates a raised rear sight directly into the mounting plate. Combined with the included front sight, this creates a co-witness sight that:
- allows simultaneous use of optic and mechanical sight
- provides additional security in case of optic failure
- ensures a consistent sight picture
Construction and Materials
- Rear sight plate and front sight made of Ergal (high-strength aluminium alloy)
- Mounting plate made of steel
- Precision manufacturing for stable and repeatable optic mounting
The combination of materials ensures a balanced ratio of weight, stability and durability.
